Cleveland – This fall, Lincoln Electric will make its way back to Hollywood and the big screen, teaming up withPicture Car Warehouse to serve as the exclusive welding supplier for car-heist motion picture,Drive,produced byOddLot Entertainment. Starring Ryan Gosling, the indie film features adrenaline-pumping and vehicle-destructing car chases.
Owner and Founder of Picture Car Warehouse, Ted Moser, chose Lincoln Electric to provide the welding equipment and consumables to restore and fabricate muscle cars used during the filming.
The upcoming appearance inDrive isn’t the first time Lincoln Electric equipment has made it into a major motion picture. The Company’s products also have enjoyed screen time inIronman,Ironman 2and, most recently,The Green Hornet.
